So when we went we did not know what to expect. However, the staff were extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and pulled up our car almost as soon as we came in. So we found out once the staff pointed out our vehicle that the catalytic converter was stolen from us. Of course, this was a huge shock to us but the staff were able to get a replacement converter within an hour and explained that the thieves only wanted the original converter due to the precious metals inside of it and that the aftermarket converter should be safe. The guy who took care of us was incredibly upbeat and also told us to reach out if we needed anything else. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this place! I had both catalytic converters replaced in May. The price was better than any other place in Jacksonville that I could find. Although I know you usually get what you pay for, the lower price here still resulted in great work and service.
I’m very happy with my experience.

A friend recommended this place to me so I called and got Matthew. He got me in the same day and I explained my financial situation which is precarious at best. He gave me a fantastic price and then went a step further and helped me out by working with me. I was out in an hour and a half which no appointment. If you need work done definitely call Matthew. He’s a stand-up man and will take care of you. I can’t say enough about him so do yourself a favor and call him.

Great prices for excellent work, if there is an error in what they did they don’t bs and help you out immediately. Will tell you work that NEEDS to be done and work that would be nice but can wait. I will definitely recommend them to others and drive across town to see them again.

Brought my 18 mustang in for custom h pipe/ resonator delete. They got on the job promptly and courteously. The job came out way better then any clamp on pipe with the great mig welding they did. This is the fifth car I have brought here over the years and never had any issues. Definitely recommend to anyone that wants exhaust done right.

I just want to share how awesome my experience was with Rainbow Muffler on Phillips hwy. When it comes to cars I am completely clueless. The moment I walked into this shop, I felt welcome right away. A guy named Joe greeted me immediately and helped me diagnose the problem with my vehicle. He was so nice and professional, and I knew right away I came to the right place. Then I met the manager, Matt. He was just as great as Joe and helped me on the spot. They found the problem with my engine and explained it thoroughly, to the point I feel like I know how car engines work now (that is slightly true). Haha. The price they quoted was so much better than any other shop would have charged a clueless girl like myself. They made me feel so comfortable doing business with them, that I also decided to upgrade my entire exhaust system. I am so pleased with my results. Thank you, Rainbow Muffler. I am beyond satisfied. My 2010 Dodge 1500 runs like it’s brand new. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Wonderful service. I’ve had the pleasure of taking 3 separate cars to get exhaust work done, two of which I brought in a couple different times to perfect my set up. Work was done in a timely manner Every time, the price was extremely reasonable Every time and I have been happy Every time. The last car I brought in about a week previous to writing this review I had an extremely P.I.T.A request for a set up which was 100% custom including keeping the stock valved exhaust. They went above and beyond and even got me taken care of right before closing. I’ve finally gotten down underneath the car and the pipes/bends/and welds are all clean and extremely professionally done. Car sounds amazing and couldn’t be happier. These are the only guys that touch my exhaust.
